Inquiry privacy.
When you submit an inquiry, Avizium collects your name, email, organization, sector, service interest, message, and consent to respond and manage your request. Authorized staff can review and update the inquiry through the administration system.
Data and storage
Inquiries are stored in the production portal database. No third-party analytics, advertising cookies, file uploads, or automated inquiry emails are enabled. Essential cookies support form security, submission confirmation, and administrator login. A keyed hash of the network address is stored for submission rate limiting. Operational server and security logs support availability and abuse investigation.
Your browser preferences
The public website starts with optional appearance storage and embedded videos disabled. Use or the footer link to accept, reject or change those features. Closing the preferences panel without saving keeps your existing choice; on a first visit, optional features stay disabled.
A versioned record named avizium-privacy in browser local storage remembers only your category choices and when they were saved, for 180 days. It has no visitor identifier and is not sent to Avizium or added to staff reports. Clearing site data removes the choice. If storage is unavailable, choices apply only to the current page.
If you enable “Remember appearance,” browser storage saves your chosen light, dark or system theme. Turning this off removes the saved public appearance setting; you can still change the appearance of the current page. Staff workspace appearance settings are managed separately within the authenticated workspace. Essential forms, navigation and Microsoft sign-in do not depend on accepting optional features.
Campaign attribution
When a link includes campaign labels, the inquiry can include a bounded source, medium, campaign name, and public landing-page path. These labels help the team understand which campaigns led to inquiries. They are saved only with a submitted inquiry, not as page-view history. Attribution adds no tracking cookies or browser storage and does not save referral URLs, search terms, or advertising click identifiers.
What to share
Submit only general, unclassified information. Do not include CUI, credentials, regulated data, or sensitive security details. This form is not an emergency incident channel.
Privacy questions
To ask about information in an inquiry or request a correction or deletion, contact Avizium through the inquiry form and include the inquiry reference if available. Do not include sensitive information.

AI security knowledge checks run in your browser without sending answers to Avizium or saving progress. The OWASP AI Exchange overview is hosted by media.ccc.de. No player is loaded until you enable external videos in Privacy preferences and click “Load video player.” The provider receives connection information, including your network address, and its own privacy terms and storage practices apply.
Turning external videos off removes a loaded player and blocks future player loads. It cannot undo information already sent or clear storage controlled by another provider. Written lessons and knowledge checks remain available. Direct original-video and other external links leave Avizium and follow the destination’s privacy terms.
